1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bgp33 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the bgp33 online gaming platform accessible at bgp33.net and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces operated by bgp33.

By creating a bgp33 account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bgp33 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bgp33 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may apply from time to time.

1.1 Amendments to Terms

1.2 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between bgp33 and its players — including support, account notices, and promotional communications — are conducted in English.

1.3 Platform Description

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of bgp33 — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one active bgp33 account at any time.

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bgp33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your bgp33 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bgp33 support immediately via live chat so that the account can be secured. bgp33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available as an additional layer of account security.

3.3 KYC Documentation

bgp33 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time. Standard KYC requirements include a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in the player's name). Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this document, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a bgp33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not to the qualifying deposit). 5.2 Bonus Expiry

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a player on the bgp33 platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended entertainment purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using the bgp33 platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any bgp33 software, game engine, random number generator, or security system.
• Using any automated betting software, bot, script, crawler, or other tool to interact with the bgp33 platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, fault, or vulnerability in the bgp33 platform to gain an unintended advantage — including but not limited to placing bets after an event outcome is known.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using bgp33 as a vehicle for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bgp33 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back any deposit made to bgp33 via your payment provider without first raising the matter with bgp33 support.

6.2 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile financial service provider (including bKash or Nagad) without first contacting bgp33 is a serious breach of these Terms. bgp33 reserves the right to close the account of any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback, to pursue recovery of disputed funds through appropriate legal channels, and to place the account holder on a platform exclusion list.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bgp33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under bgp33's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Suspected underage access.
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement or court order.

7.1 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any ongoing investigation. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bgp33 account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion — may do so by contacting bgp33 support via live chat. Players opting for self-exclusion closure should specify their desired exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or 12 months) or request a permanent closure. 8.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgp33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bgp33 platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. bgp33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of bgp33 that cannot be resolved through bgp33's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as applicable to bgp33's operating jurisdiction. bgp33's internal dispute resolution process requires players to contact support in the first instance; bgp33 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
